A price savings of $2000 - $4000 on your project. This offer can not be combined with any other offer and does not include engineering fees, municipal permit costs or fees, or any other design or planning costs. Includes all drawings, copies, and permits administration. Does not apply to structures totaling more than 3500 sqare feet in total size.

Sign a contract for design services on a new room addition of any size up to 2000 square feet, and pay only $49 per hour of design services including onsite meetings. (regularly charged at $100 per hour) Design and Consulation services include zoning research, feasibilty research, space design, floor plans, artist renderings, construction cost quotes and more. Available in the cities of San Diego and Poway only.
